About the event
Diatonics are a lively and energetic band, bringing an eclectic fusion of folk dance music, driven by musicians from many great bands such as The Committee Band, Random, and Gas Mark 5. The back line of drums bass and guitars, driven by Rob Gifford, Jeff Dent and Tony Penneck (ex Committee Band) are fused with Derek Tarrant and James Sawyer on Melodeons and Ben Potton on Violin. With deep roots in Morris and ceilidh traditions, they guarantee a vibrant dance floor!
